A 35-year-old male with severe unexplained weight loss, chronic hyperglycemia, and peripheral neuropathy was diagnosed with Latent Autoimmune Diabetes in Adults (LADA). Baseline investigations revealed HbA1c 14.9%, fasting glucose 280 mg/dl, and BMI 12, indicating extreme catabolism. The patient presented with neuralgic pain, numbness, and pricking in extremities along with polyuria, polydipsia. Homeopathic constitutional therapy, along with conventional insulin therapy and metabolic regulation program with life style modification at Dr. Batra’s, resulted in significant improvement. Within four months, HBA1C reduced to 6.3%, weight increased from 41 kg to 47 kg, BMI improved to 16, and neuropathic pain reduced markedly. This case highlights the role of individualized homeopathic treatment as an adjunct in LADA management.
